How to clean newly tiled floors.
Use an acid-based cleaner in the water. There are many to pick from at your locate department store. Just make sure it is acid-based so it’s strong enough to remove dirt. ( if you are starting a cleaning company you must have a acid- bases cleaner, because most of the jods you wil get will need it.)There will be a lot of dirt and grime stuck into the crevices of tile, so Use a multi-purpose sponge to scrub dirt off tile, and then used a regular mop to mop again. Mop a few time till the tile looks clean. Don’t put too much water on floor, at the stage floor is still delicate. To make sure the tile is clean rub your fingers on floor, when you see no more dirt on your finger then it’s clean. There are companies out there that will help you with more floor cleaning tips.

Wash clean with water and a cloth. Dry with a towel.
Vinyl Tile
Use a vinyl floor cleaner to wet the floor. Look on back of the cleaner to make sure it is suitable for vinyl floors.
Use a mop, cloth or sponge to scrub the dirt off the floor.
Use a toothbrush to scrub in between the main surface of the tiles.
Wash clean with water and dry with a towel.
Bathroom Tile
Use rubber gloves.
Use an acid-based cleaner. You could also use bathroom-surface cleaners and mildew removers to help scrub the dirt off the tile.
Use a toothbrush or scrub brush or sponge to get into crevices.
Rinse tile with water and dry with a towel.
Cleaning Tile Grout
Wipe grout clean with water.
For dirt stuck in grout, use a toothbrush or scrub brush. Scrub in a circular pattern. If needed, use the acid-based tile cleaner to remove dirt.
Rinse clean with water and let the grout dry.
Use a commercial grout sealer. There are different types of sealer depending on your tile. Read the directions on the grout sealer to make sure it is the appropriate type of sealer. You may seal the grout twice if necessary.
