These generally happen around January or February and you can often get a good range of tiles at a very discounted price. In some cases you could get the tiles that you want for as much as 50% off the original retail price.
Also take a look online and see what many of the tile flooring sites have to offer, but with this method you will need to weigh up the discounted price against the cost of getting it delivered to your home.
